The hotel was conveniently located near Brisbane Convention Centre, South Bank, Grey St, restaurants, cafes, bars, and transit. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, the check-in experience was disappointing, making us feel unwelcome due to booking a cheaper deal. The overall stay was average and could have been improved.

I found the hotel to be quite practical for my needs. Despite a few setbacks, the overall experience was pleasant. The convenient location and efficient service made up for the minor inconveniences. I would consider staying here again in the future.

The room we stayed in was comfortable, although slightly dated. Unfortunately, our room wasn't serviced on the first day. It would have been more convenient if there were 2 armchairs as advertised for added comfort.
